Paleo Challenge: 3/1/2011

  • 2 eggs, scrambled in coconut oil
  • veggie/fruit smoothie (various greens, coconut water and as little fruit as possible to make it palatable)
  • 2 oz cashews
  • Spinach with redwine vinagrette
  • Chicken baked with coconut oil and walnut crust
  • carrots
  • small piece jerky
  • 1 oz cashews
  • salmon
  • brocolli & califlower
