- veggie/fruit smoothie (various greens, coconut water and as little fruit as possible to make it palatable)
- 1 handful cashews
- egg, turkey bacon and spinach scramble (this was really yummy and filling!)
- banana chips

Steak marinade:
1/3 cup tamari soy sauce
1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder
3 tablespoons dried basil
1 1/2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
