We eat Biblically clean, which means no pork or shellfish. In the blog title I'm using the word kosher in its root meaning of "clean" - because frankly Biblically Clean Paleo Mama just seemed like a crazy long title. However, we do not necessarily eat rabbinically clean, so we do combine meat and dairy...
...which leads me to that while we do eat mostly Paleo, we do eat raw cheese and milk (I've seen this called lacto-paleo), and do "cheat" on occasion on paleo. It varies, but we try to do 80/20 paleo.
